Blackbird Leys has a double vacancy election on 2 May (held by Labour). St Clements has a vacant seat (also held by Labour). Ajaz Rehman (Lye Valley) moved from Labour to Independent group in November 2023. Six ex-Labour councillors formed the Oxford Socialist Independent group in November 2023.
